Shipping

STEP 1:

Always contact us for a price quote before shipping any clock for service.

You can either call us toll-free for a quote right over the phone, or use our "Price
Quote Request Form". Once you have the price, you can send a check or money
order along with your clock (U.S. customer's only), or bill the service to your
MasterCard, Visa or Discover by simply enclosing the card number, expiration date,
card billing name & address, and the 3 digit code off the back of the card. Please
include a note stating the type of service you are requesting and the price you were
quoted. You can also pay via Paypal simply by notifying us of your Paypal registered
email address. We will then send you a PayPal invoice when your clock has been
serviced. When including payment, be sure to include the correct return shipping
amount. (see rates below)

STEP 2:

Pack your clock securely.

It is best to ship the clock in an oversized box and use plenty of packing material.
Crushed newspaper or styrofoam peanuts work well. Send us the entire clock in it's
casing. DO NOT REMOVE THE CLOCK MOVEMENT FROM IT'S HOUSING! You can
ship your complete clock by UPS, U.S. Mail, Fed-X, or whatever means is convenient
to you. You may want to insure your package for the replacement value of the clock
just to be safe. Be sure you have enclosed your street address for UPS return. UPS
will not deliver to a PO box. We return ship primarily by UPS within the lower 48
United States since we can track these shipments directly from our office. We will
insure your clock for it's replacement value when return shipped by UPS.
